About me
As a UI/UX Designer with several years of experience in the tech industry, I've been involved in delivering data-driven products within collaborative teams. I enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work on various projects across multidisciplinary teams spanning the Public Sector, Renewable Energies, E-commerce, and Health Tech.

- Acted as lead UX Designer in a Clinical Trial Health Tech project spanning three products and multiple user types, delivering modern UI designs with WCAG 2.1 standards
- Conducted several user interviews and usability tests to identify key pain points in clinical trial software, reducing user friction
- Facilitated 12 design workshops with multidisciplinary teams, improving collaboration efficiency and speeding up ideation cycles and feature prioritization

- Designed UX for a human resources and payroll system for a public sector entity that manages around 80,000 public employees, spanning 15 months
- Co-led four design workshops to map user problems and establish early iteration steps, promoting a user-centric mindset across the project
- Ran eight user testing sessions during release cycles to test and validate features, rapidly iterating and improving before final release
- Presented the project’s monthly iterative progress to a committee formed of public executives to cultivate transparency and strengthen collaboration
